Your Responsibilities   Take ownership of the setup, management, and continuous development of project controls structures for leading clients in the aerospace industry
Plan and control budgets, costs, timelines, and risks in complex development and industrial projects
Track project progress and provide reporting based on defined KPIs
Conduct maturity assessments and derive concrete, actionable recommendations
Define and implement governance frameworks, processes, and organizational structures
Support project management across multiple functions and management levels
Foster a project-oriented company culture by introducing appropriate tools, templates, and methodologies
Your Profile   Master’s degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the aerospace industry or a comparable high-tech environment
Strong expertise in PMO management, project control processes, and common project management methodologies
Hands‑on experience with Primavera or Microsoft‑Project is required
Excellent English skills
Strong analytical skills, a structured way of working, and a confident presence in complex client environments
Strong planning or cost control experience
Team spirit, strong communication skills, and enjoyment of working in an regulated international environment

We offer a starting salary of €85,000 gross per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
