What you'll do   Manage and guide a team of engineers in the design and implementation of vehicle technologies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive projects from concept to production, ensuring alignment with market needs and company goals.
Requirements   Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in engineering management, preferably within the automotive or commercial vehicle sectors.
Proven track record of leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
Strong understanding of vehicle systems, including driveline, transmission, and safety systems.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Nice to have   Master's degree in Engineering or Business Administration.

Experience with advanced technologies such as emissions control and monitoring systems.
Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
Skills & tools   Proficiency in engineering design software and project management tools.
Knowledge of industry trends and emerging technologies in vehicle systems.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
