Technical Coordinator (Amsterdam area, 1363)  Full time, English  Company information  Our customer is a Japanese multinational company, headquartered in Tokyo, Japan. The Dutch subsidiary is rapidly growing and expanding their team.
As a technical lead, you will be responsible for the development and optimization of recycling-related smelting processes, tasks are as following but not limited to:
Strengthening the business foundation through technology development, process design, and profitability assessments
Development and improvement of smelting processes
Process design, equipment design, and production flow design
Material balance and energy analysis
Investment evaluation from a technical perspective
Job requirements  In order to qualify for this versatile position, required are at least the following criteria:
At least 3-4 years of experience non-ferrous metals, smelting, or process engineering
Proficiency in English, Dutch or other European language (German, French, Spanish) is a plus
Experience in technical development, equipment implementation, and process improvement
