Thales zoekt een Electrical Lead Engineer die een divers team van engineers aanstuurt en technische uitdagingen oplost bij de ontwikkeling van radar- en combat managementsystemen. Je coacht junior tot senior engineers, documenteert designkeuzes en werkt nauw samen met de Hardware Architect en de projectmanager om tijdige oplevering te garanderen.
Je hebt een HBO/WO-diploma in Elektrotechniek of Mechatronica, uitstekende communicatie in NL en EN, en ervaring met Eplan en Windchill.
