We build trust, foster growth, and enjoy together.
As a UAV Test Pilot at Delta Quad, you are responsible for testing and validating our UAV systems before they are ready for operational use.
Your focus is on structured, hands‑on testing. You prepare and conduct test flights, evaluate how our systems perform in different conditions and identify behaviour, deviations or technical issues that require further attention.
This means doing more than simply flying the aircraft. You understand what you are testing and why, closely observe how the system responds and use flight data, telemetry and your own observations to build a clear picture of its performance.
You work closely with Engineering and Production, providing them with practical and accurate feedback from testing. When something does not behave as expected, you investigate, reproduce the issue where possible and help determine what needs to happen next.
From VTOL and transition behaviour to flight stability, sensors and integrated systems, your testing helps us continuously improve the reliability, safety and performance of Delta Quad UAVs.
