Задачи:
Lead tenders and proposals within Rail, Roads & Streets using a strong commercial approach and contribute to winning strategies
Support business development by identifying opportunities, contributing to client strategies, and growing the Rail, Roads & Streets pipeline
Build, maintain, and strengthen relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders in the Dutch infrastructure market
Lead successful project delivery while effectively managing scope, quality, budget, schedule, and risks
Represent the organization externally as a credible project manager with strong knowledge of infrastructure delivery and client expectations
Train, coach, and develop junior and mid-level project managers in project management, stakeholder management, and tender leadership
Promote effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and high-performing project environment
Share lessons learned from tenders and projects to improve delivery quality, commercial performance, and future winning opportunities
Требования:
Dutch language proficiency at B2/C1 level with the ability to communicate confidently with clients and stakeholders
Knowledge of the Dutch infrastructure market, preferably with experience in rail, roads, streets, or related transport infrastructure projects
Proven project management skills, including planning, stakeholder management, risk management, budget control, and quality assurance
At least 5 years of experience leading or contributing to successful tenders, including developing tender strategies, shaping proposals, and supporting client presentations
Strong team player who can work effectively in multidisciplinary teams and build trusted relationships internally and externally
Ability to coach, guide, and develop junior and mid-level project managers
Commercially aware, client-focused, and confident in a dynamic project and business development environment
Relevant bachelor's or master's degree, such as Civil Engineering or Construction Management & Engineering, and experience leading infrastructure projects
