Huxley is seeking a Lead Customer Service Operations Architect to build and shape a new Flights platform. This role focuses on designing customer service workflows, operational processes, and agent protocols to ensure a seamless setup while mitigating financial risks. Ideal candidates should have over 8 years of experience in OTA, airline, or GDS environments, with a strong understanding of ticketing life cycles and ADM handling.
Collaboration with stakeholders across Product, Tech, and Customer Service is crucial, allowing for high autonomy and ownership in shaping critical business lines.
