ABOUT THE ROLE Leo Vegas Group is seeking a commercially sharp and data-driven Senior Commercial Manager – Netherlands to lead the end-to-end player proposition across Sports Betting and Casino for BetMGM.nl and Leo Vegas.nl.
This is a pivotal role responsible for maximising player value and revenue through a market-fit product and promotional strategy that resonates with Dutch customers. With direct accountability for commercial KPIs and leadership of a small, high-performing team (two sports and one casino specialist), this role ensures both verticals deliver exceptional experiences while driving sustainable growth.
You will define the local proposition strategy, optimise the player lifecycle in partnership with CRM, and collaborate closely with product, website, and data teams to ensure the brands maintain competitive edge and regulatory excellence in the Netherlands.
Commercial & Proposition Strategy- Own and deliver the overall proposition strategy for the Dutch market, ensuring Sports book and Casino portfolios drive revenue growth, retention, and lifetime value.
- Balance a 75/25 focus between Casino (primary revenue driver) and Sports (high engagement and acquisition channel).
- Define commercial KPIs and manage performance against NGR, retention, and product margin targets.
- Align promotional, product, and content calendars with commercial priorities across both brands.
- Work with CRM to plan and execute targeted campaigns that maximise cross-sell and player engagement.
- Partner with central Product and Website teams to adapt global features, UX, and content to local market preferences.
- Oversee proposition testing, player feedback loops, and continuous improvement of bonus mechanics, offer structures, and market positioning.
- Monitor product and campaign performance through data dashboards and act quickly on insights to optimise results.
- Track competitor activity, emerging player trends, and market dynamics to ensure BetMGM.nl and Leo Vegas.nl remain at the forefront of the Dutch iGaming market.
- Collaborate with compliance teams to ensure all propositions meet Dutch advertising and responsible-gaming regulations.
- Champion responsible gaming principles and integrate them into all proposition and promotional planning.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of three proposition specialists (two Sports, one Casino), fostering accountability and commercial focus.
- Build strong working relationships with CRM, Product, Website, and Data teams to drive joined‑up delivery and shared ownership of results.
- Represent the Dutch proposition function within group forums, ensuring alignment between local priorities and global strategy.
- Proven experience in a commercial or proposition leadership role within a regulated sports betting or iGaming operator.
- Strong track record of delivering measurable commercial growth in mature, competitive markets.
- Demonstrated ability to translate market insight into actionable proposition and promotional strategies.
- Direct experience managing P&L or revenue accountability across Sports and Casino verticals.
- Exceptional understanding of Dutch player behaviour, product preferences, and regulatory landscape.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret KPIs, build cases, and make evidence-based decisions.
- Strong leadership and people development skills; capable of building and inspiring high-performing teams.
- Excellent collaboration skills across CRM, Product, Marketing, and Data functions.
- Fluent in English;
Dutch proficiency strongly preferred.
