Als Projectcontroller Vastgoed ga jij invulling geven aan de structurering en verbetering van Project Control binnen de organisatie. Je adviseert, controleert en geeft richting aan de projecten op financieel vlak. Ook neem je initiatief om het control op de projecten te optimaliseren en automatiseren. Je neemt anderen binnen de organisatie hierin mee en zorgt voor duidelijke communicatie. Daarnaast houd je je bezig met:
- het opstellen van forecasting, periodieke rapportage en scenario's voor strategische planning;
- het analyseren van projectresultaten en het bewaken van de liquiditeitspositie;
- het adviseren van de directie op het gebied van financiële kwesties.
