Trading since 2017, Gravity Team is a crypto-native market maker and liquidity provider specializing in derivatives across major centralized exchanges, with cumulative trading volume exceeding $400B. The firm is in a high-growth phase, operating with a team of experienced traders, quants, and engineers.

The Options team is scaling its trading and execution stack across venues and is hiring an Options Trader with live risk experience to take ownership of trading and execution across crypto options venues. The role involves active exposure management, execution tuning, and close collaboration with quant and engineering teams. You will operate as part of a small, collaborative trading desk with shared PnL ownership across time zones.

• Supervise and adjust trading exposures across portfolios within the options trading team.

• Actively manage gamma, vega, and skew exposure in response to flow, volatility surface dislocations, and cross-venue liquidity.

• Coordinate risk handover and decision-making with other options traders across time zones.

• Assess performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

• Work closely with quantitative developers and engineers on system design and project priorities.

• For more senior candidates: scope to influence risk allocation, strategy direction, and regional build-out.

• Demonstrated experience managing live options risk in a professional trading environment. Top-tier market-making experience is highly valued.

• Degree in a rigorous quantitative subject such as Mathematics, Physics, Econometrics, or similar.

• Availability for Asian trading hours, or willingness to relocate to Singapore or Bangkok.

• Independent mindset; willingness to help build the team in Asia.
