That is what you will use your talents for as aPortfolio Managerat Van Lanschot Kempen . You will contribute across the full investment cycle and ongoing fund management, including origination, due diligence, portfolio management, and investor reporting.

You also have the following tasks:

• Build investment cases from start tofinish:market work, farm-level analysis, modelling, valuation, and structuring;
• Contribute to portfolio management: performance tracking versus plan and pipeline reporting;
• Work daily with local experts and operators tovalidateassumptions on yields, costs, and timelines;
• Help grow the strategy commercially: support investor materials and new partnerships;
• Visit farms globally and meet operators, agronomists, and local advisers.
