To strengthen the compliance team in Amsterdam we’re looking for a full time Medior CDD Analyst that can help the company with the CDD (Customer Due Dilligence) for their investors.

The current AML team is located in Amsterdam and consists of the General Compliance / Operations Manager and a Senior Investor Relations Officer. To extend the Amsterdam team, Marktlink is looking for an energetic Medior CDD Analyst (full time) with a “hit-the-ground-running” mentality that can help the company with the CDD (Customer Due Diligence) for their investors (this vacancy). Your responsibilities furthermore include:
• Perform due diligence checks on Investors in the feeders and fund-of-funds, collect and verify relevant due diligence documentation;
• Prepare/review, as required, Subscription Agreements for Investors in feeders and fund-of-funds;
• Communicate directly with the Investors and be first point of contact for the onboarding;
• Prepare and keep up-to-date Investor Acceptance Forms and Investor Review Forms in accordance with the company policies and procedures;
• Ensure appropriate screening of Investors and their related parties in Refinitiv World Check 1;
• Ensure that the Investor profiles in the online Investor portal are up-to-date and complete;
• Assist with fund closing processes, prepare and review corresponding closing documentation;
• Assist with recurring regulatory filings (including, but not limited to, FATCA CRS) and general administrative tasks as assigned by the Genarel Compliance/Operations Manager from time to time.

• You have a Masters’ degree in law and 3-5 years of CDD-relevant work experience;
• A passion for compliance, a great sense of responsibility, and you take ownership of your work;
• You have a natural tendency to be curious and think outside of the box;
• You are a great communicator with a strong team spirit;
• You have an analytical and critical mindset and you are able to work independently;
• You are a Dutch native speaker and have a strong command of the English language.
