What will you do

You will spearhead projects related to KYC, CDD, AML, and Compliance in financial institutions, make an impact, be influential, and deliver a distinct value proposition with sustainable solutions. You’ll be a trusted manager and change consultant to clients and colleagues, keep updated and apply knowledge on sanctions regulations and tooling, and impart knowledge and coach juniors for a brighter consultancy future.

And last but not least, you will be contributing to the growth of ACE.

Your Key capabilities are:

Experience you will bring

• Bachelor or Master degree in a relevant field (e.g., Finance, Economics, Business Administration)
• 6-12 years of expertise in the financial sector, preferably consulting;
• Strong background in KYC/CDD/AML/Compliance;
• Prior knowledge of Sanctions regulation and tooling is a plus;
• Proven ability in leading teams and mentoring juniors;
• Excellent communication and presenting skills in English;
• You have an existing network in the domain, you are able to nurture client relationships, bring our propositions to the client, and recognise new commercial opportunities to help ACE grow.
