Je werkt een avond in de week en een zaterdag in de maand waarbij je naar eigen inzicht je uren compenseert

Afgeronde HBO- of WO-opleiding

In het bezit van WFT Basis & Hypothecair Krediet, bij voorkeur ook WFT Vermogen Erkend Financieel Adviseur is een préGoede beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal Enkele jaren commerciële werkervaring in een adviesomgeving

As a Mortgage Advisor Central, you help customers remotely to realize their housing dreams. Together with your colleagues, you work intensively to realize the housing dreams of our customers. We strive to help as many homebuyers as possible move forward sustainably, combining digital convenience with personal attention. xktqrzv At the agreed time, you provide advice via a video call

You know how to create a personal connection remotely and win customers with your enthusiasm

You speak to different customers daily in various stages of their customer journey, which requires flexibility, empathy, and good agenda planning

You help starters, movers, switchers, and customers who want to increase their mortgage for sustainability or renovation

With additional skills such as advising expats, entrepreneurs, and new construction projects, you can further develop yourself

You see every conversation as an opportunity to help customers with your knowledge and expertise

You work efficiently and with high speed to win as many customers as possible and achieve financial ambitions

You also help customers further when financing is not suitable for their financial health

You make housing wishes come true

You are responsible for the entire mortgage process, from orientation meeting You provide customers with the insights they need to successfully buy a house

Completed HBO or WO education

In possession of WFT Basis & Hypothecair Krediet, preferably also WFT Vermogen Recognized Financial Advisor is a plus

Good command of Dutch and English Several years of commercial work experience in an advisory environment
