What will you do?We are continuously looking for talent with the Mentha DNA to support the Impact team during a five-month (minimum) internship. You will work in a small entrepreneurial team that closed the first Impact PE fund in the Benelux. From day one you will be given a lot of responsibility and you will be involved in market research, assessment of potential investment opportunities and their impact potential.
You will work closely with our colleagues from the Impact team, so that you can immediately add value and your development is optimally stimulated.
The ideal candidate would be a master's student, who is self-starting, shows affinity with sustainability and has strong communication and analytical skills. You are eager to learn and have a strong motivation to make a positive - environmental - impact. We are looking for authentic and motivated talents who can support their own personal story with extracurricular activities and/or hobbies, and who have a broad interest in the combination of finance, strategy, and people.
As we look at the total picture, previous internship experience in PE, M&A, and/or strategy consulting is an advantage, but not a requirement.
Research shows that female candidates only apply if they meet 100% of the knowledge and experience requirements, while male candidates do so when they meet as little as 60% of them. So, do you recognize yourself in this challenge but are you hesitant about whether you meet the requirements? We would be keen to receive your resume.
Are you interested? We look forward to receive your CV and motivation.
