We are seeking a
Junior Consultant
to join our
Market and Liquidity Cluster
at Neon-Advisory. In this role, you will collaborate with clients to navigate key areas such as
Market Risk, Interest Rate Risk, Liquidity Risk, Commodity Risk, and Capital Structures.

As a
Junior Consultant
, you will:

• Assist in conducting risk assessments and providing analytical insights to enhance organizational resilience.
• Support senior consultants in developing and implementing strategic solutions for clients.
• Work on financial modelling, data analysis, and risk quantification projects.
• Engage in
  research and report writing
  , transforming complex data into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Work in a hybrid setup, balancing independent work and team collaboration in our
  Amsterdam
  office.

• A
  recent MSc graduate
  in
  Econometrics, Mathematics, Physics, Economics, Finance
  , or a related quantitative field.
• 0-1 years
  of experience, preferably in financial services, risk management, or consulting (internship experience is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of
  risk modelling, market and liquidity risk, or financial analytics
  .
• Strong exposure to
  Python
  or anotherobject-oriented programming language is a plus.
• Strong
  analytical and problem-solving skills
  , with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent
  communication skills in English
  , with the ability to present complex ideas clearly.
