Finance Administrative Specialist

As we continue to scale globally, we're looking for a highly organized Finance Administrative Specialist who is obsessed with accuracy, efficiency, and creating structure within financial operations. Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to play a key role in supporting the financial foundation of a rapidly growing international brand.

This is more than an administrative finance role.

You'll work at the intersection of Finance, Operations, Customer Service, and Supply Chain, helping ensure that our day-to-day financial processes run smoothly and efficiently. From processing invoices and reconciling transactions to supporting reporting and maintaining financial records, you'll have a direct impact on the operational excellence of the business.

We're looking for someone who:

• Completed an MBO or HBO degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Has 1-3 years of experience in a finance, bookkeeping, or administrative role.
• Has strong attention to detail and enjoys working with numbers.
• Understands financial administration processes, invoicing, and reconciliations.
• Is proficient with Excel and financial software systems.
• Can work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Loves creating structure, improving processes, and keeping things organized.
• Brings ownership, accuracy, reliability, and a solution-oriented mindset.
