Door een verscheidenheid aan opdrachten kun je in korte tijd veel verschillende organisaties leren kennen. Waar de ene opdracht gericht is op vakinhoudelijke groei, legt een andere opdracht de nadruk op het (verder) ontwikkelen van jouw soft skills.
Als Consultant zet jij jouw analytische én communicatieve vaardigheden in om complexe, financiële vraagstukken en kijk jij verder dan je neus lang is. In iets meer detail, denk aan projecten als:
- waarin je als Financial or Business Controller aan de slag gaat
- als adviseur fungeren bij de herinrichting en/of optimalisatie van financiële processen
- implementatie van een nieuwe toolings
- begeleiding van een (internationaal) budgetting en forecasting proces
- optreden als sparringpartner van de Finance Manager en inzicht geven in de cijfers door middel van dashboards
- samenwerken met finance teams in een transitieproces.
