Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een ambulant verpleegkundige om cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen te begeleiden. In deze rol werk je in multidisciplinaire teams en voer je deeltaken van de behandeling uit. Belangrijke vereisten zijn een BIG-registratie als MBO-verpleegkundige niveau 4 en ervaring in de GGZ is een pré. Je zult zelfstandig huisbezoeken doen en methodisch werken om de zorg voor cliënten te waarborgen.

De functie biedt een contract van 7 maanden met kans op verlenging.
