To strengthen our team, we are looking for a Pharmacy Support Officer who is accurate, service-minded, and comfortable working in an environment where quality, compliance, and clear processes matter.

You will support the daily pharmacy operations and work closely with pharmacists and operations colleagues to process prescriptions, prepare orders, and handle patient queries with care.

• Process prescriptions and medication orders (online and or in-person workflows)
• Prepare, label, and pack medicines in line with SOPs and quality standards
• Support compliance with applicable regulations and internal procedures
• Stock control: checking, ordering, registering, and flagging shortages
• Maintain accurate pharmacy administration and documentation
• Support customer and patient communication via email and phone
• Identify issues, risks, or inconsistencies
• Contribute to process improvements across operations, safety, and customer experience

You are practical, detail-oriented, and reliable. You understand that patient safety and quality always come first.

• Pharmacy assistant qualification (apothekersassistent) or proven experience in a pharmacy environment in a similar support role
• Experience with pharmacy workflows and prescription processing
• Strong attention to detail and sense of responsibility
• Clear, professional communication and a service mindset
• Comfortable with digital tools and systems (pharmacy software, Excel, Shopify)
• Team player who can also work independently
