Een zorginstantie in Nederland zoekt een activiteitenbegeleider die bijdraagt aan de kwaliteit van leven van cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Je biedt structurele daginvulling en ondersteunt de multidisciplinaire team. Een afgeronde SPW-4 opleiding is vereist, evenals goede communicatieve vaardigheden. Dit is een 24-uur contract met een jaarcontract en flexibele uren. Wij bieden een salaris conform CAO GGZ.
