Een zorgorganisatie in Amsterdam zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider LVB+ voor 32 uur per week. Jij maakt het verschil voor cliënten met een licht verstandelijke beperking. De functie biedt een jaarcontract met uitzicht op vast, een eindejaarsuitkering, en ontwikkelingsmogelijkheden. Als begeleider ben je verantwoordelijk voor zorgplannen en bied je ondersteuning in het dagelijks leven. Je hebt een MBO-4 of HBO zorgdiploma en enkele jaren ervaring met deze doelgroep.
