Stichting GGZ in Geest in Amsterdam zoekt een GGZ-agoog / casemanager voor de SPAA (Crisisdienst Amsterdam) om structuur en zorg te bieden in acute crisissituaties. Je werkt samen met een multidisciplinair team in een dynamische omgeving en hebt een belangrijke rol bij het stabiliseren van cliënten in crisis.
Je hebt een afgeronde HBO-opleiding Social Work of gelijkwaardig en bent flexibel inzetbaar. Je krijgt een vast dienstverband met mogelijkheden voor persoonlijke ontwikkeling en trainingen.
