Leger des Heils zoekt een groepsbegeleider voor Vast & Verder in Hoofddorp. Je begeleidt jongeren tussen 16 en 25 jaar met psychiatrische of justitiële problematiek en psychosociale uitdagingen, en ondersteunt hen bij administratieve taken en activiteiten.
Je werkt in wisselende diensttijden (07:00-15:30, 15:00-23:30, af en toe nacht). Een MBO-4 diploma is vereist, met 28–32 uur per week beschikbaarheid en aantoonbare ervaring in jongerenzorg.
