Cordaan zoekt een Begeleider op Hofmeyrstraat in Amsterdam-Oost om ouderen met complexe psychiatrische en somatische zorgvragen te ondersteunen. Je biedt structuur, veiligheid en een warme, mensgerichte benadering in een divers team van circa 22 fte. Er is ruimte voor ontwikkeling en scholing.
