Cordaan zoekt een ervaren Coördinerend Persoonlijk Begeleider GGZ voor de locatie Van Ossstraat in Amsterdam. Je combineert begeleiding met coördinatie en coaching in een hecht team van 8 collega’s, met focus op herstel, zelfstandigheid en samenwerking.
Het betreft een jaarcontract voor 24 uur per week, met uitzicht op vast dienstverband bij goed functioneren. Salaris volgens cao GGZ FWG 50, met eindejaars- en vakantietoeslag en pensioenopbouw.
