Dijklander is op zoek naar een verpleegkundig specialist of physician assistant geriatrie die als verbindende schakel tussen verpleegkundige zorg en (para) medische behandeling fungeert. Je houdt spreekuren, beoordeelt klinische beelden en bespreekt behandelplannen met patiënten en mantelzorgers.
Je draagt bij aan de verbetering van geriatrische zorg, neemt deel aan projecten en onderwijs, en werkt in een team dat kennis deelt en continu vernieuwt.
