Arkin Jeugd & Gezin zoekt een betrokken Verpleegkundige voor onze poliklinische locatie in Amsterdam West. Je combineert behandeling, begeleiding en zorgcoördinatie voor jongeren en gezinnen, met focus op herstel en zelfredzaamheid.
Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team, voert motiverende gesprekken, observeert en handelt bij klachten, coördineert zorg en versterkt dagstructuur, school en werk. Het dienstverband is 32–36 uur met een marktconform salaris volgens CAO GGZ.
