Philadelphia zoekt een betrokken zorgmedewerker voor EMB-zorg in Leusden. Je start de dag met ADL-zorg voor drie bewoners en begeleidt hen naar de dagbesteding op het erf. Je werkt samen met twee collega’s aan een gestructureerde, veilige en betekenisvolle dag voor de bewoners.
