Mentrum Kliniek Sporenburg in Amsterdam zoekt een groepsbegeleider voor herstelondersteunende zorg aan cliënten met ernstige psychiatrische aandoeningen. Je werkt in een multidisciplinair team en coördineert zorg- en behandelactiviteiten rondom de cliënt.
Wij bieden een jaarcontract voor 24-36 uur per week met kans op vast contract, een eindejaarsuitkering en pensioen, mobiliteitskaart, korting op verzekeringen en een vitaliteitsbudget.
