Philarood Amsterdam-Noord zoekt een Begeleider Ouderenzorg voor 24 - 32 uur per week. Je biedt zorg aan bewoners met leeftijd en een verstandelijke beperking en werkt aan ADL, medicatie en dagelijkse zorg in een warme, nabijheid gerichte setting.
Werkt samen met collega’s, familie en zorgt voor rust, bezieling en veiligheid in de dag. De functie vereist empathie, humor en flexibiliteit, met onregelmatige diensten incl. avonden en weekenden. FWG 35 volgens CAO Gehandicaptenzorg.
