Bij SIGRA in Haarlem werk je als HBO verpleegkundige in het wijkteam, waar je verschillende cliënten ondersteunt bij hun zorgbehoeften. Geen dag is hetzelfde, en je hebt veel directe interactie met de cliënten.
Je zorgt ervoor dat cliënten op een fijne manier thuis kunnen blijven wonen en stimuleert hun zelfredzaamheid. Daarnaast zijn er mogelijkheden voor ontwikkeling tot zorgcoördinator.
Wij bieden een CAO VVT met een salaris van €2.981 - €4.245 (36 uur), inclusief reiskostenvergoeding en pensioenopbouw.
