Cordaan Jeugd zoekt een Begeleider in de flexpool. Je werkt met kinderen en jongeren van 0-18 met beperking of ontwikkelingsachterstand, ondersteunt teams op diverse locaties in Amsterdam en werkt samen met verschillende disciplines.
Je bepaalt grotendeels zelf hoeveel je werkt, minimaal 1 dag per week, met kansen op verlenging. Het salaris volgt cao Gehandicaptenzorg (FWG 25/35), 8% vakantiegeld, pensioenfonds Zorg en Welzijn, en extra voordelen zoals een fietsplan en €500 aanbrengbonus.
