Zorgcentra Meerlanden zoekt een verzorgende IG of EVV'er PG voor 24-32 uur per week, gevestigd in Badhoevedorp De Meerwende. Je biedt liefdevolle zorg aan cliënten met dementie en stemt verzorging af op persoonlijke wensen en levensverhaal.
Je signaleert veranderingen, bewaakt een veilige, huiselijke omgeving en werkt nauw samen met familie en collega’s. Een informele, verbindende werksfeer en ruimte voor ontwikkeling worden geboden.
