Esdégé-Reigersdaal zoekt een gedragsdeskundige voor cluster ROB in Obdam. Je werkt aan passende ondersteuning voor bewoners en cliënten in een mix van wonen en ambulante begeleiding, met drie locaties en diverse zorgvragen.
Je analyseert gedrag, denkt mee met teams, geeft richting en ondersteunt bij ontwikkelingsvragen. Je werkt nauw samen met de clustermanager, senior begeleiders en collega’s en draagt bij aan methodisch handelen en kwaliteitsontwikkeling.
