Cordaan is op zoek naar een begeleider die ’s nachts het verschil maakt voor cliënten met psychische kwetsbaarheid in Amsterdam-West. Je werkt op een woonlocatie met een vast nachtteam en zorgt voor rust, veiligheid en nabijheid gedurende de nacht.
Je dienst begint om 22.00 uur en eindigt om 08:00 uur. Een mbo-3 diploma in een zorgrichting of halverwege een relevante opleiding is vereist; ervaring in de GGZ is een pré. Sollicitaties via manager Hanneke Aldenhuijsen, haldenhuijsen.
