Cordaan zoekt een persoonlijk begeleider GGZ voor onze locatie aan de Gerrie Knetemannlaan in Amsterdam-West. Je behandelt volwassenen met psychische kwetsbaarheden en werkt zowel op locatie als ambulant in de wijk, met een eigen caseload.
Je hebt een relevante mbo-4 of hbo-opleiding en ervaring in de GGZ. Het arbeidsoverleg biedt 28–32 uur per week met uitzicht op vast dienstverband en een salaris van 3.180–4.273 euro bruto per maand (FWG 45) bij een fulltime dienstverband van 36 uur.
