As an EHR Software Consultant, you are the indispensable link between healthcare professionals and our software developers. You guide healthcare organizations in the maintenance and use of our software. You also train healthcare professionals to make optimal use of our software, enabling them to work as efficiently as possible. In addition, you assist with implementation projects in hospitals and support clients when they have questions.

You will focus on one or more of our specialized areas, aligned with your personal ambitions and skills. The unique selling point of Chip Soft is that the software is developed in-house by our own development team. This means you are responsible not only for implementation but also for managing the content within the EHR.

Cardiologie Would you like to help develop and implement a new heart monitoring system that is available to both healthcare professionals and patients? The development requirement is that the data can be used for AI applications.

Radiotherapie Do you want to contribute to the development of our radiotherapy module? This software involves both external and internal radiation treatments for cancer patients. Think brachytherapy, proton therapy, and teletherapy.

Chirurgie Or are you excited about creating a solution that allows surgeons to complete their operation reports during surgery, enabling them to leave the operating room at the same time as the patient? Similar challenges exist across many other specialties, such as pediatric hospitals, oncology centers, clinical genetics, mammacare, etc. Something for you?

The EHR Team consists of around fifty friendly consultants, divided into seven sub-teams, each with their own areas of expertise. Team sizes range from five to twelve software consultants, aged 23 to 45. We believe it is important that everyone is heard and feels comfortable. There is a strong sense of "we do it together." Everyone has their own area(s) of focus but is always willing to think along with you.

Additionally, we place great value on feedback and soft skills within our team, and a lot of attention is given to this. Even after work, we like to spend time together!

After two intensive project days with your colleagues in the hospital, you are back at the office today. All the information you gathered over the past days in the Oncology department will be processed in HiX. You turn this information into concrete actions or research. We like to call that "puzzle-solving"! Next, you have a scheduled call with a hospital to discuss the upcoming project day.

Finally, you meet with a colleague to ensure everything is well prepared for the training you will give tomorrow. All in all, it’s a busy day, but one that energizes you when everything comes together successfully!

• Mastery of the Dutch language
• HBO or university (WO) level
• Affinity with IT or healthcare (no prior experience required)
