• Lead the development of market access strategies tailored to regional needs and healthcare landscapes.
• Manage relationships with health authorities, payers, and other key stakeholders to facilitate product access.
• Build collaborative partnerships across internal teams and external organizations to drive strategic initiatives.
• Drive policy and reimbursement discussions to support product uptake and value demonstration.
• Analyze market trends and payer policies to inform proactive access planning.
• Ensure all activities comply with regulatory and ethical standards while aligning with company goals.

• Extensive experience in healthcare market access, reimbursement, or healthcare policy.
• Proven success in managing relationships with health authorities and payers within the UK and Ireland.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, capable of influencing cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop strategic plans based on market insights and data.
• Relevant experience in the life sciences sector, particularly in healthcare access or policy.
