We're looking for a Waiter or Waitress for Room Service to join our attentive F&B team. You ensure every in-room dining experience is seamless and personalized, delivering meals with care and attention to detail. With warmth, professionalism and a passion for hospitality, you help every guest enjoy a luxurious and memorable stay at Pulitzer Amsterdam.

Your Role in Our Story:

Take precise food and drink orders, delivering meals to guests' rooms with impeccable timing and care.

Use your menu knowledge to offer personalized recommendations that enhance the guest's in-room dining experience.

Keep the room service area pristine and perfectly organized, ready to deliver excellent service.

Work closely with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to provide seamless service as a Room Service Waiter/Waitress.

Handle payments and orders with accuracy and efficiency, ensuring a smooth in-room dining process.

Address guest requests and resolve any issues with grace, ensuring they enjoy a luxurious in-room dining experience.

What We're Looking For:

Experience as a Waiter/Waitress in a room service environment is a plus, but a passion for service is essential.

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to connect with a diverse array of guests.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English is required;
Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
