We're looking for a Waiter / Waitress - Venues to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Pulitzer Amsterdam. With a natural passion for hospitality, you ensure every guest feels genuinely welcomed and enjoys outstanding service. Through attention to detail, warmth, and professionalism, you help create memorable dining experiences that reflect the high standards of Pulitzer Amsterdam.

Your Role in Our Story:

Deliver attentive, friendly, and professional service to guests across our food and beverage venues.

Take orders, serve food and beverages, and provide knowledgeable recommendations to enhance the guest experience.

Ensure tables and service areas are immaculately set and maintained throughout service.

Work closely with the kitchen and service teams to ensure smooth, timely, and seamless service.

Anticipate guest needs and respond to requests with care and efficiency.

Handle guest feedback and concerns with grace, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied and smiling.

What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a waiter or waitress in a food and beverage or hospitality environment.

A genuine passion for service and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Fluency in English is required;
Dutch language skills are a welcome addition.
