Carstens Steakhouse  is located inside  Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam  hotel and operates within the hotel. As an  Executive Chef  of  Carstens   Steakhouse  you are the heart of the team, by leading, inspiring, coaching and mentoring the kitchen brigade and stewarding teams. Our shared values are trust, respect, teamwork, enthusiasm, commitment, and care. Not just for the product and service to the guest, all values relate to the team.
