Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West, a vibrant and colourful hotel featuring  476 rooms  and  20 meeting rooms , conveniently located next to  Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station  and easily reachable for both guests and team members  by car  and  public transport . The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino, Lime Home apartments, World of Karaoke and Restaurant Azura.

Essential ingredients:

Currently enrolled in a hotel/hospitality management program on HBO-level.

Excellent communication skills: especially in English, and a great addition if you also speak an extra language!

Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and public holidays;

You will learn to:

Assist the F&B Manager and Supervisors  with daily operations and taking on supervisory responsibilities.

Coordinate  and oversee the team to  ensure smooth service  in the restaurant, bar, and Meeting & Events Operations.

Ensuring all guests needs are met  in the F&B Outlets by assisting your team on the floor.

Maintain a high level of guest service and satisfaction.

Train, coach, and motivate team members  to reach their full potential.

Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene, and brand standards .

Review and revise standard operating procedures  (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency.

Report operational issues and suggest improvements  to the F&B Manager.

Actively contribute  to creating a positive and energetic work environment .
