Park Inn by Radisson Amsterdam City West,a vibrant and colourful hotel and and Amsterdam Congress Center, featuring  476 rooms  and  20 meeting rooms  conveniently located next to  Amsterdam Sloterdijk train station  and easily reachable for both guests and team members  by car  and  public transport . The hotel is designed by the renowned designer Karim Rashid. The hotel is part of the VEN complex, meaning it shares the building with Holland Casino, Lime Home apartments, World of Karaoke and Restaurant Azura.

Essential ingredients:

Preferably experience in a similar role in a large hotel;

Flexibility to work morning and evening shifts, including weekends and holidays;

You are proactive, stress-resistant, quality-focused, and have an eye for detail.

Responsibilities:

Preparing dishes for the restaurant and meetings & events;

Performing preparatory tasks for all dishes;

Contributing to the innovation of dishes and menus with proactive ideas;

Assessing the quality and shelf life of ingredients and ensuring the quality of outgoing dishes;

Receiving, inspecting, and storing ordered food supplies;

Keeping the work area clean;

Guiding and training apprentice chefs.
