We're looking for a Guest Experience Agent to join our Front of House team. We're looking for someone who ensures every guest interaction is warm, seamless, and truly personal. You'll play a key role in preparing for VIP arrivals, handling guest feedback, and anticipating needs before they arise.

Your Role in Our Story:

Shape and enhance the guest experience by ensuring smooth communication across all Front of House operations.

Prepare for and welcome VIP guests, ensuring every detail is handled with care and precision.

Manage guest feedback, inquiries, and complaints with empathy and professionalism.

Anticipate guest expectations, considering occupancy levels, special requirements, and upcoming events.

Support, train, and coach trainees and colleagues from other departments assisting the Front of House.

Collaborate with all departments to ensure a consistent and high-quality guest experience.

What We're Looking For:

Proven experience in a customer-facing role, ideally within hospitality.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural talent for guest interaction.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to anticipate guest needs and create memorable experiences.

Flexible team player with a proactive and positive attitude.

Familiarity with VIP handling and hospitality systems is a plus.

Proficient in English (Dutch is an advantage).
