Responsibilities

Craft Delicious Dishes:  Prepare and present high-quality dishes that align with our menu and concept.

Maintain Quality Standards:  Ensure the freshness, preparation techniques, and storage of all ingredients meet our high standards.

Ensure Excellence:  Oversee the quality and hygiene of all dishes served.

Demonstrate Your Culinary Talent:  Execute cooking procedures, portioning, garnishing, and presentation with precision and creativity.

Manage Inventory:  Order and manage stock using daily inventory lists.

Train and Mentor:  Guide and develop trainees and apprentices.

Uphold Food Safety:  Adhere to and monitor compliance with HACCP standards and food safety procedures.

Collaborate with the Team:  Foster teamwork and effective communication with other departments.
