Our young, dynamic team is based in Amsterdam and is passionate about transforming the agricultural sector through technology.

As Internal Recruiter at Agurotech, you will be responsible for attracting, selecting, and onboarding new colleagues. You will play a key role in scaling our organization and shaping the future of our team.

• Writing and publishing job openings
• Actively sourcing and screening candidates
• Conducting initial interviews
• Selecting and guiding candidates through the hiring process
• Coordinating and improving the onboarding of new hires
• Working closely with founders and team leads to understand hiring needs

• You have experience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition
• You enjoy connecting with people and identifying talent
• You are proactive, structured, and communicatively strong
• You are comfortable working independently and in a fast-paced startup environment
• Affinity with technology, startups, or sustainability is a plus
