• Facilitate a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring teams through excellent process and systems knowledge
• Build strong partnerships with business leaders to understand hiring needs and provide expert coaching and support on market, interview and process best practices
• Define and implement creative sourcing strategies to attract active and passive talent
• Assist with developing innovative future hiring strategies to build a pipeline of high-calibre talent
• Negotiate offer agreements with candidates

• Previous in-house recruitment experience within the construction or consultancy sectors
• Experience partnering with hiring managers to understand business needs, communicate labour market conditions, and set expectations
• Excellent experience working with Linked In Recruiter and ATS systems
• Detail-oriented and quality-focused
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage own priorities and deadlines in a dynamic environment
