In deze rol geef je richting aan de HR-agenda en help je de organisatie verder te groeien. Je versterkt leiderschap en talentontwikkeling en bouwt aan HR-processen die op meerdere locaties werken, met behoud van de pragmatische en commerciële cultuur.
Wat breng je mee?- Ruime ervaring als HR Directeur of senior HR-leider in een commerciële organisatie.
- Ervaring met HR in een internationale omgeving met meerdere vestigingen en culturen.
- Een aantoonbaar trackrecord in organisatieontwikkeling, leiderschapsontwikkeling en verandering.
- Brede HR-kennis, met bijzondere aandacht voor talentmanagement en arbeidsvoorwaarden.
- Een praktische stijl: je brengt structuur aan en blijft wendbaar waar de business daarom vraagt.
