You own how WAIMAKERS works as a place to work, recruiting, onboarding, staffing and development, and you redesign those processes instead of only running them.

• Run the recruiting pipeline, and give every new joiner an onboarding that lands.
• Match the right consultant to the right project, freelancers included, when priorities shift by the hour.
• Keep the growth rhythm honest: PD and PM cycles that happen, promotions planned, training and offsites you design.
• Own the HR admin end to end: absence, insurances, holiday calendar and payroll with Numbrs.
• Redesign these processes with AI, so the admin shrinks and the people work grows.

• 2–5 years in HR, People & Culture or People Operations.
• Staffing experience: matching the right person to the right project when plans change fast.
• A generalist who owns a process end to end, from recruiting to performance management, and follows through.
• Genuinely into AI for HR: you make the process lighter with it, you don't just talk about it.
• Comfortable in Dutch and English.
